We take various steps to ensure that your chosen product arrives promptly and safely. All products are packed in boxes design for their size, we include bubble wrap and other packaging materials to keep the product safe and to prevent any damage during transit. 

 

We use Royal Mail Recorded for all our Scatter Tube deliveries and the cost is included in the price. We use a tracking system and you will be provided with a Tracking Number so you can monitor the process. Due to the postal method, you will be required to sign for your delivery, so if this is a problem, let us know, we can always delay delivery for a day that better meets your needs. Alternatively, and if you are local to our premises, you can collect it in person.

 

Even though we use a tracked method of delivery, we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage caused by the Royal Mail. Should your product arrive in an unsatisfactory condition, you need to let us know as soon as possible. Our guidance is, should the package look damaged in any way, do not accept it and it will automatically be sent back to us.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

Your selected product is made to order. We aim to generate a proof for approval as quickly as we can. Once approved, we need time to make the item, and this can take up to fourteen days although we often achieve completion in a much shorter time period. Should you require your item for a specific date, please let us know and we will do all we can to ensure you receive it in time.

We have created this website to make ordering simple. It provides detailed information on every product and digital images that afford a realistic preview of your chosen item. We always create a proof before your order goes to production. Our check-out process is clear, concise and allows Debit/Credit Card payments, we also offer PayPal as an alternative.

It's FREE, 0800 022 3309, we welcome enquires and are available between 8.00am - 8.00pm every day of the year. You still get a proof, your payment can be made over the telephone, via Bank Transfer, we also accept Cheques and an invoice will be emailed to you once the order has been placed to confrm your requirements.

If you requested a photograph included in your design, once you have placed your order, we will contact you regarding this. Ideally, original digital images at a dpi of 300 would best suit our needs. You can either email them or send through our image upload system ... don't worry, it's easy! The best type of image is a close up head and shoulders, crisp and clean. We are able to provide image enhancement but if the subject isn't filling the image, we will be limited in what can be achieved.

 

If you only have original prints and are unable to scan them, just post them to us, we would recommend Recorded Delivery. We can scan them for you and then post your images back with your completed Ashes Scatter Tube

We are able to provide an Ashes Scatter Tube in just about ANY Football Team colour scheme. In addition, Rugby can also be reflected, just select our blank Scatter Tube design and provide the colours and team name you would like when placing your order. We don't make an additional charge for a bespoke 'Team Colours' Scatter Tube.

Scatter Tubes come in the widest range of sizes, four convenient receptacles that suit just about every need.

 

ADULT:

This is our largest size, it has a capacity of 240 cubic inches, intended to hold the Cremated Remains of an adult, suited for any age from twelve years. It has a height of 37cm and a diameter of 13cm.

 

HALF SIZE:

As the name suggests, half adult size, it has a capacity of 120cubic inches, either for a child or for those who wish to separate the Cremated Remains in two. It has a height of 25cm and a diameter of 11cm.

 

KEEP-SAKE:

For those wishing to retain a portion of remains, this size is ideally suited. It has a height of 13.5cm and a diameter of 7.5cm.

 

VIAL:

Our Vial Tube has several benefits and suited as a smaller option for retaining a portion of remains. This tube can also be used for holding a lock of hair, for the remains of an infant or just to have a duplicated sample of the full-size tube to keep. It has a height of 9cm and a diameter of 3.5cm.

All our football design products are generic and can be personalised with any amount of text and images. They are created to reflect a favourite Football Club, with colours and a shirt. However, the use of a Club Badge would need formal permission before it can be used. In our experience, it is always more productive when a family request permission. We are a commercial enterprise and often clubs don’t provide us the approval for this reason. As such, should you wish to include a Club Badge, we kindly request that you contact the club directly and seek the necessary permission. They are often very understanding and susceptive to requests although not always guaranteed. Once you have received approval, just email us a copy of the letter, or forward the email you have received, and we will then be able to create the product with the Badge.
