Pet Scatter Tubes come in the widest range of size options, five convenient receptacles that suit just about every need.

 

EXTRA LARGE:

This is our largest size, it has a capacity of 240 cubic inches, intended to hold the Cremated Remains of a large pet, a Great Dane or larger would be a good visual indication. In addition, our Extra-Large Scatter Tube can be provided for two pets to share. It has a height of 37cm and a diameter of 13cm.

 

LARGE:

Our Large Scatter Tube is half the size of our Extra-Large option, having a 120 cubic inch capacity, it is perfectly suited for most dog breeds. A German Shepherd or Mountain dog will provide a good visual indication of who this Scatter Tube can be provided for. Please remember, selecting a size Scatter Tube larger than required will extend a greater design area for images and text. It has a height of 25cm and a diameter of 11cm.

 

MEDIUM:

This is our most popular size of Scatter Tube, suited to most smaller dogs, cats, and other similar-sized pets. With a cubic capacity of forty-five inches, it affords a nicely proportioned design area to include photographs as well as some wording of your choice. It has a height of 2.5cm and a diameter of 7.5cm.

 

SMALL:

For those who require minimal capacity, this small-size Scatter Tube is suited for a small dog, cat, or other similar size pet. It also affords an alternative to our medium size if photographs are not required. It has a cubic capacity of twenty-five inches and can also be used as a ‘Keep-Sake’ should you wish to scatter the majority of Cremated Remains but retain a portion to keep at home. It has a height of 25cm and a diameter of 11cm.

 

EXTRA SMALL:

Even though our Extra-Small Scatter Tube is intended to hold Cremated Remains, most people use them as a ‘Keep-Sake’ or to retain a lock of hair. It has a modest cubic capacity of four inches. It has a height of 9cm and a diameter of 3.5cm.

It can often prove difficult in trying to determine which of our five Scatter Tube sizes will meet your needs. It is worth considering that the size of the container doesn’t need to match the volume of Cremated Remains.  There is also a very simple rule to follow, that the weight of your pet in life, approximately, matches the cubic capacity of Cremated Remains. So, if your pet was thirty pounds in weight, then you would expect to have thirty cubic inches of Cremated Remains on average. This is a general rule and we often suggest that you select a size larger than you require to be on the safe side. Should you have difficulty in determining your Scatter Tube requirements, email us, we will help you through that selection process. 

Once you have placed your order, we will contact you regarding this. Ideally, original digital images at a dpi of 300 would best suit our needs. You can either email them or send them through our image upload system ... don't worry, it's easy! The best type of image is close-up, crisp, and clean. We can provide image enhancement to a point, so nice clean images will always work best.

If you only have original prints and are unable to scan them, just post them to us, we recommend Recorded Delivery. We can scan them for you and then post your images back with your completed Ashes Scatter Tube. 

We take various steps to ensure that your chosen product arrives promptly and safely. All products are packed in boxes design for their size, we include bubble wrap and other packaging materials to keep the product safe and to prevent any damage during transit.

 

We use Royal Mail Recorded for all our Scatter Tube deliveries and the cost is included in the price. We use a tracking system, and you will be provided with a Tracking Number so you can monitor the process. Due to the postal method, you will be required to sign for your delivery, so if this is a problem, let us know, we can always delay delivery for a day that better meets your needs. Alternatively, and if you are local to our premises, you can collect it in person.

 

Even though we use a tracked method of delivery, we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage caused by the Royal Mail. Should your product arrive in an unsatisfactory condition, you need to let us know as soon as possible. Our guidance is, should the package look damaged in any way, do not accept it and it will automatically be sent back to us.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

Your selected product is made to order. We aim to generate a proof for approval as quickly as we can. Once approved, we need time to make the item, and this can take up to fourteen days although we often achieve completion in a much shorter time period. Should you require your item for a specific date, please let us know and we will do all we can to ensure you receive it in time.
