We do everything possible to ensure your chosen product arrives safely. All products are packed in boxes designed and fit for purpose. We include bubble wrap and other protective materials to keep the product safe whilst it is in transit.

 

POSTAGE

Depending upon the type of product, we use two means of delivery. For an Ashes Casket or Urn, due to their weight, we use Parcelforce. The service is based on a forty-eight-hour delivery which is trackable and will require a signature upon arrival. For a Scatter Tube or any other product, we use Royal Mail. This is a First Class Service, trackable and a signature will also be required. We will send you an automated Delivery Notification in advance of the product being sent out. This will give you the opportunity, if necessary, to either delay delivery or change your delivery address. We will never send an item out for delivery without giving you at least twenty-four hours’ notice. Alternatively, and if you are local to one of our Funeral Home locations, you can collect in person.

 

Even though we use a tracked method of delivery, the services provided do NOT guarantee ‘Next Day Delivery’. Furthermore, we cannot be held responsible for delays, loss or damage caused by Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Should your product arrive in an unsatisfactory condition, you need to let us know as soon as possible. Our guidance, should the package look damaged, is not to accept it and it will automatically be sent back to us. We kindly request that you contact us immediately should this be the case.

 

Due to the volume of orders we receive, our standard delivery terms are ten to fourteen days. This response time starts once artwork has been approved. However, should you need your product in a quicker time scale, call us before ordering so we can try and accommodate your needs.

We have created this website to make ordering simple. It provides detailed information on every product and digital images that afford a realistic preview of your chosen item. We always create a proof before your order goes to production. Our check-out process is clear, concise and allows Debit/Credit Card payments, we also offer PayPal as an alternative.

If you prefer to speak with a member of our team and place your order over the telephone, then give us a call. It's FREE, 0800 022 3309, we welcome enquires and are available between 8.00am - 8.00pm every day of the year. You still get a proof, your payment can be made over the telephone, via Bank Transfer, we also accept Cheques and an invoice will be emailed to you once the order has been placed to confrm your requirements.

Most of our Infant and Child Ashes Scatter Tubes can be adapted to suit most colour schemes. If you have a prefered design but would like it in an alternative colour theme, just let us know. If you want to deviate from the design illustrated, it is best to email us first. We can then be clear as to what your requirements are and make sure we can accommodate them.

 

FREE OF CHARGE:

We DON'T make any additional charges for colour or design adaption to any of our Infant and Child Ashes Caskets.

If you requested a photograph included in your design, once you have placed your order, we will contact you regarding this. Ideally, original digital images at a dpi of 300 would best suit our needs. You can either email them or send through our image upload system ... don't worry, it's easy! The best type of image is a close up head and shoulders, crisp and clean. We are able to provide image enhancement but if the subject isn't filling the image, we will be limited in what can be achieved.

 

If you only have original prints and are unable to scan them, just post them to us, we would recommend Recorded Delivery. We can scan them for you and then post your images back with your completed Ashes Scatter Tube.

Scatter Tubes come in the widest range of sizes, four convenient receptacles that suit just about every need.

 

TEEN:

This is our largest child size, it has a capacity of 240 cubic inches, intended to hold the Cremated Remains of a young teen. It has a height of 37cm and a diameter of 13cm.

 

YOUNG CHILD:

This size is half of our teen sized Scatter Tube, it has a capacity of 120cubic inches, either for a young child of five through to early teens. It has a height of 25cm and a diameter of 11cm.

 

INFANT:

The Infant Size Tube can be used for those who wish to retain a portion of Cremated Remains. Typically, families tend to select the child size for a young infant as it provides more surface area for images and inscription. It has a height of 13.5cm and a diameter of 7.5cm.

 

NEW BORN:

This is our smallest sized Scatter Tube. Typically, families tend to select the Infant size for a New Born as it provides more surface area for images and inscription. It has a height of 9cm and a diameter of 3.5cm.
